Quality here is not a certificate on a wall. It is the steps we take before the container moves.
A single growing region
We work with farms in Delga and the Deir Mawas district of Minya. Short distances mean less time between harvest and packing.
Hand grading and sizing
Damaged and off-size produce comes out before packing, not after your shipment lands.
Documented packing
Every sack carries the variety, net weight, production and expiry dates, country of origin and the importer's name.
Refrigerated where needed
Fresh crops travel in reefer containers; dried crops travel in clean dry containers.
From field to container
These are the steps behind every shipment, in order.

Agree the order
Variety, quantity, packing and shipping date.

Harvest
The crop is picked in its season from farms in the district.
- 03
Move to the grading floor
Transported the same day wherever possible.
- 04
Grade and size
Off-spec produce is removed and the rest sorted by size.
- 05
Clean or dry
For dried crops and spices, according to the crop.
- 06
Pack and weigh
Sacks and crates are filled, weighed and closed.
- 07
Print and mark
Shipment details and importer's name printed on the pack.
- 08
Load and ship
The container is stacked and export documents completed.
